Terms for Physical Products Purchased Online

Shipping

Items available and in-stock will ship upon receipt of the order. We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week for living material, and Monday thru Friday for all other products (like baskets). You will receive an email confirmation with your order number once your order has been successfully placed. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Orders are shipped either USPS or UPS, which will be specified during checkout. Please make sure your address is correct and able to receive goods. We are only able to ship within the United States.

All Sales Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges of living material, or any other products. All sales final once payment has been received.

  • Damaged Products

The only exception to this is if the item(s) you purchased are damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact betsy@foggyblossomfarm.com immediately with the order number, details of the product damage, photographs of the shipping carton as it arrived and the item damage.

If we determine you are eligible to return the damaged item, we will supply the shipping label for the return. Living material orders determined to be damaged in transit will be refunded, returning the order will not be necessary.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 15 days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the damage. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, per our refund policy below.

In order to be eligible for a refund or credit, you have to return the product within 15 calendar days of your purchase.

  • Refunds

A refund will be issued once we have received and approved your returned items. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds shall be the original cost of the product, plus shipping.

If a refund is granted, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers. We are not liable for any delay in processing. 

Terms for Online Services

Purchases of any consultation services, online services or digital downloadable content (Services) are final and nonrefundable. Any full or partial refunds or credits for cancellations shall be at the sole discretion of Foggy Blossom Farm, LLC (FBF). If there are any technical issues in our delivery of any service, please contact us at betsy@foggyblossomfarm.com immediately.

FBF reserves the right to cancel all, or a portion of a Service at any time. Any full or partial refunds or credits for Services cancelled by FBF shall be at the sole discretion of FBF and will be communicated in the cancellation notice, if applicable. FBF is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you in preparation for any Service.

Terms for In-Person Services and Events

If you must cancel your purchase for an in-person event, presentation, or class hosted by Foggy Blossom Farm, you are eligible for a refund or credit if you cancel at least 5 days prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations after that time period will not be eligible for any refund.

If a refund is granted, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers. We are not liable for any delay in processing. 

Classes or workshops hosted by other organizations are subject to that host’s refund/cancellation policies.

FBF is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you in preparation for any Service, including, but not limited to, transportation costs and/or specialized apparel or equipment.

All visitors to Foggy Blossom Farm must sign a waiver in order to participate in the event or service.
